Hi Rob, great shot! well done...

Description
Along the Boardwalk at Point Pelee is a somewhat famous Willow tree. It is at the start of the boardwalk and is one of the few trees in the marsh. I believe Little Wing posted a shot of it a while back. We have had Beavers move in and half the tree has been dropped to create a feed bed in front of their lodge. All this activity has created some new habitat for others to utilize such as this Mink. I watched him for about 20 minutes as he stared back at me. It provides the perfect place for him to come ashore while searching for prey. Mink eat muskrats and by co-incidence we also watching a Muskrat just prior to the arrival of the Mink.
